Job summary

Webull Financial is seeking an experienced finance leader to assume the designated CFO of Webull Pay with enterprise-wide responsibility for financial operations, regulatory reporting, treasury, accounting, internal controls, and audits in a regulated crypto financial services setting. The role reports to senior leadership and partners with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Technology.

The ideal candidate has senior finance leadership experience in regulated crypto or financial services,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in a regulated crypto-financial services environment.
• Experience with US GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and capital management.
• Lead compliance efforts for state MSB regulatory reporting and GAAP financial statements.
