Job summary

Webull Pay, a Money Transmitter License (MTL)-regulated crypto subsidiary, seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee all financial operations and regulatory reporting. The role is designated Associate Director for internal leveling but serves as CFO for regulatory purposes.

You will partner with leadership across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk and Regulators to maintain a strong control environment and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting or senior finance leadership within a regulated crypto financial services org.
• Experience with cryptocurrency/digital assets, fintech, payments, broker-dealer, or banking.
• Experience preparing regulatory financial filings and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, finance, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A.
• Oversee regulatory reporting for state MTL and GAAP financial statements.
• Maintain internal controls and support SOX readiness.
• Oversee audits with external auditors and prepare for regulatory examinations.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships, liquidity and capital planning.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Operations, and Technology.
