Job summary

Webull is seeking an Associate Director of Finance for Webull Pay (Crypto) to lead the finance organization within a regulated MSB/crypto environment. The role oversees accounting, treasury, regulatory reporting, compliance, and audit functions while partnering with Legal, Risk, and Operations.

The ideal candidate has senior finance leadership experience in fintech or digital assets, with a CPA preferred and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of finance leadership in a regulated crypto/financial services setting.
• Experience with cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, payments, or broker-dealer.
• Experience overseeing regulatory reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and capital management.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Coordinate audits and SOX readiness where applicable.
