Q Center in St. Charles, IL, seeks a Director of Finance to lead hotel financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across rooms, F&B, and events. You will partner with the GM and leadership to drive profitability and sound financial performance.

This executive role sits on the senior team, guiding capital planning, audits, payroll, internal controls, and long-term strategy, while building a high‑performing Finance department and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive financial leadership in hospitality.
• Prior Director-level experience required.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, payroll, internal controls, and capital planning.
• Oversee all financial operations including payroll, cash flow, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic financial critiques and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Drive profitability through cost controls and revenue optimization.
• Partner with department leaders to align financial goals with operations.
