Job summary

Amazon's North America End-to-end FP&A team shapes one of the largest supply chains globally from Nashville, TN. You will own NA Operations cost and KPI reporting, surface insights, and craft actionable narratives for executives, partnering with Customer Fulfillment and Transportation teams.

The role emphasizes forecast accuracy, data-driven decision making, and strong communication across global finance and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
5+ years of finance or analytical experience.
MBA or CPA.
Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
Experience with data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic supply chain initiatives with financial and business partners using data-driven trade‑offs.
Improve NA FP&A processes for consolidated planning and reporting.
Oversee financial reporting; validate input drivers and influence planning decisions.
Identify data integrity issues and strengthen controls to address financial risk.
Communicate data clearly to diverse audiences, adapting style as needed.
Become an expert in your area and operate with collaborative, high‑efficiency practices.
