Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to oversee accounting operations and protect assets. You will help prepare financial reports, assist with budgets and forecasts, and lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or business administration plus five years’ ledger experience; QuickBooks/JD Edwards and GAAP knowledge are a plus. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration required.
• Minimum five years in general ledger accounting with supervisory experience.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks and JD Edwards is desirable.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial analysis; budgeting and forecasting skills.
