Job summary

Wing is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Tech & Manufacturing, to partner with Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. The role is hybrid and based in Palo Alto, CA.

You will design complex financial models to support unit economics, CAPEX and COGS, translating engineering data into scalable financial plans. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive automation, and present board-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling ability, with zero-to-one framework design for COGS, BOM, and production workflows.
• Engineering or technical background with deep understanding of hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic Finance Business Partner to Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics leadership.
• Oversee financial management for R&D, CAPEX, manufacturing, and freight/warehouse operations.
• Design and maintain cost frameworks including BOM, factory yields, and inventory valuation.
