Job summary

Wing is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting, Fixed Assets & Logistics to lead month-end close for fixed assets, leases, tariffs and freight costs. Hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA, partnering across the organization to build scalable accounting processes for a global logistics network.

You'll own general ledger policies, manage system implementations to improve ERP functionality, and ensure GAAP compliance while driving process automation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (IFRS a plus)
• Experience with fixed assets, leases, and asset tracking
• Experience supporting multinational manufacturing and logistics
• ERP implementation experience to improve core functionality

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close for fixed assets, leases, tariffs and freight costs; include journal entries and reconciliations
• Review vendor and manufacturing contracts to ensure policy alignment
• Support local statutory accounting and asset transfers between entities
• Provide accounting guidance on new leases or significant asset purchases
• Strengthen internal controls to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with finance and stakeholders to communicate accounting impacts of transactions
