Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for WW Returns and Recommerce (WW R&R) to lead financial planning, cost reduction programs, and cross-functional partnerships with senior stakeholders. You will build models, measure program efficacy, and drive decision support across global returns.

This role requires 12+ years in finance, strong leadership of 10+ team members, and KPI analysis experience. MBA or CPA preferred with a competitive base salary and RSU benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 8+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
• 5+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 10+ members experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
• MBA, or CPA

Responsibilities

• Measure efficacy of programs designed to improve sellable yield, increase vendor recoveries and reduce cost.
• Partner with Customer Service teams to improve CS cost on returns.
• Own monthly governance on measuring Free-cash-flow (cost savings) program for Returns business.
• Controllership – build systems to improve accuracy of Cognos plans and loads, partner with product teams to build ASIN-level visibility on Net Cost of Returns and Concession (NCRC).
• Automate capability for creating financial bridges, centralize standard work templates across returns finance.
• Communicate data clearly to various audiences, adapting style as needed.
• Hire and develop a high performing finance team, including engagement and career growth.
• Contribute to the larger finance community as a corporate citizen.
