Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Finance Manager, Global Reporting and Long Range Forecasting to lead worldwide management reporting, analytics and LRFP. The preferred location is on-site in New Brunswick, NJ; other NJ locations may be considered, with up to 10% travel.

You will own collection and interpretation of consolidated sales, balance sheet and cash flow metrics, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor two direct reports while driving data integrity and process

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong planning, forecasting, P&L analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the five-year LRFP process and consolidate worldwide financial metrics.
• Own management reporting, analytics, and forecasting across Innovative Medicine.
• Present LRFP and forecasts to senior leaders and enable strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial Regions, Global Finance, R&D, Investor Relations, and strategy teams.
• Manage two direct reports and drive data integrity and process improvements.
