Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Finance Manager, Global Reporting and Long Range Forecasting, within the Innovative Medicine Group Finance team. On-site in New Brunswick, NJ, with travel up to 10% and potential consideration for Titusville or Raritan, NJ.

The role partners across Commercial Regions, Global Finance, and R&D to deliver consolidated worldwide reporting, LRFP, and strategic analytics.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
Five+ years of related experience in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline.
Demonstrated financial planning, management reporting, forecasting, and P&L analysis capabilities.
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams in a complex organization.
Strong business partnership and influencing skills across organizational boundaries.
Strategic thinking with ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

Drive the 5-year LRFP process and collaborate with regional/global teams to build a robust plan.
Own collection, validation, consolidation, interpretation, and communication of worldwide financial metrics.
Generate recurring sales, balance sheet, cash flow reporting for close cycles and planning processes.
Develop balance sheet, cash flow metrics for LRFP submissions and executive reviews.
Lead development and improvement of sales and cash flow reporting in SCA, including Anaplan and CFIN.
Translate data into insights for executive-ready reporting and strategic decisions.
Lead reviews with CEO, CFO and senior leaders to align portfolio direction and financial outlook.
Partner with R&D, GCSO, Investor Relations on external reporting and strategy opportunities.
Manage two direct reports and develop team capabilities.
