Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Internal and External Reporting and Models. Located in Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; or Raritan, NJ, this role leads reporting strategy, governance, and scalable analytics to support the standalone DePuy Synthes transition.

You will drive executive insights and ensure audit-ready outputs. The role requires 8–10 years in reporting/analytics with strong data modeling and leadership experience, plus proficiency in Power BI/Tableau/SAP

Qualifications

8–10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, financial modeling, or related finance roles with leadership responsibility.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Experience designing and governing enterprise BI reporting and semantic data models.

Responsibilities

Lead the reporting and modeling roadmap to improve performance, compliance, and decision support.
Own design, delivery, and governance of internal/external reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with regulatory/audit requirements.
Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and presentations for senior leaders.
Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT to align data sources and delivery plans.
Establish data-quality standards, controls, and model governance for audit readiness.
Drive automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement to reduce manual effort.
