Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Finance Manager, Global Reporting and Long Range Forecasting, to lead worldwide management reporting, analytics, and five-year LRFP. The role partners across Commercial Regions, Global Finance, R&D, and strategy teams, with two direct reports, and requires on-site presence in New Brunswick, NJ with some travel.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline required.
- Experience in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Experience with cross-functional/global teams and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the collection, validation, and communication of worldwide sales, balance sheet, and cash flow data.
- Lead the 5-year LRFP process and provide executive-ready insights.
- Develop and improve sales/cash flow reporting within the Innovative Medicine group.
- Present LRFP forecasts to the Innovative Medicine CEO, CFO, and senior leaders.
