Job summary

Quindar Inc. seeks a hands-on Vice President of Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, partnering with executives on strategic decisions. The role oversees audits, capital planning, and investor reporting to drive growth and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage a scalable finance function, build robust financial systems, and collaborate with legal and operations on contracts and revenue recognition. Denver-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibility in a high growth company.
• Experience owning FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and company-wide financial models.
• Demonstrated experience leading annual financial audits and working with external audit firms.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide financial model, annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Maintain forecasts for revenue, expenses, cash, headcount, and key metrics (ARR, backlog).
• Build scenario models for hiring, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide visibility into cash runway, burn, and capital requirements.
• Own financial close process and monthly/quarterly reporting improvements.
• Partner with Legal, Contracts, and Operations on revenue recognition and government contracts.
