Job summary

TruDiagnostic is seeking a strong execution leader for a CFO-track finance role in a fast-paced, regulated diagnostics environment. You will own finance execution and report directly to the CEO, with a defined path to becoming CFO as the transition proves itself.

Right now, you’ll focus on the operating model: forecasting, budgeting, cash, monthly close, and clarity on unit economics across five business lines. You’ll work with the leadership team and the Board, building the model yourself.

Qualifications

• Finance leadership experience in a regulated, diagnostics or health-tech context.
• Hands-on FP&A with close books and forecasting.
• Ability to defend financial models line-by-line.

Responsibilities
