DMG MORI USA, Inc. is seeking a General Manager, Finance to oversee cash and liquidity management, accounts receivable, and working capital strategies.

You will drive financial reporting, governance, and internal controls while leading a finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates bring progressive leadership in AR, credit, collections, and financing with banks or leasing companies; strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and excellent cross‑functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Progressive financial leadership experience, including responsibility for accounts receivable, credit, collections, cash flow, and working capital.
• Demonstrated experience managing DSO performance, customer credit risk, collection strategies, and financing arrangements with banks, leasing companies, or other financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, financial controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting and analytical tools.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical judgment, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions, maintain adequate liquidity, and lead short-term cash forecasting.
• Own the end-to-end accounts receivable, credit, and collections framework; monitor aging and disputes; translate findings into actions.
• Lead development and analysis of net working capital forecasts; report trends to senior leadership.
• Maintain oversight over customer financing governance with banks and lenders; review eligibility and terms.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and analyses; conduct risk assessments for leadership.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements; support audits.
• Lead and mentor finance staff; establish priorities and cross‑functional routines.
