Job summary

ADM is seeking a Finance Manager, Cash Optimization in Chicago or Decatur, IL. This full-time exempt role drives cash flow improvement, working capital optimization, and liquidity management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include partnering with commercial, operations, and corporate leaders, designing KPIs, and leading process improvements. Requires 7+ years in finance, a finance/accounting degree, and strong MS Office skills, with Hyperion and ERP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in a financial role or related fields.
• Experience with Hyperion and large ERP systems a plus.
• MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cash flow processes and identify improvements.
• Develop strategies to optimize working capital (A/R, A/P, inventory).
• Monitor liquidity to support operations and strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to align cash strategies with financial goals.
• Lead process improvement and digitization of cash flow.
• Design KPIs and report findings to senior management.
