Job summary

DMG MORI USA seeks a General Manager, Finance to lead the finance organization at its Chicago area location. The role focuses on cash and liquidity management, struggling accounts receivable, and working capital optimization to support operations.

You will oversee financial reporting, risk assessment, compliance, and KPI reporting, while coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Legal to protect cash flow and credit quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cash and liquidity management including short-term forecasting.
• End-to-end receivables, credit, DSO management with escalation when needed.
• Net working capital forecasting and management with cross-functional partners.
• Customer financing governance and coordination with lenders.
• Financial reporting, risk assessment, and senior-leadership insights.
• Compliance, internal controls, and audits support.
• Process optimization and KPI reporting using SAP and related systems.
• Team leadership, mentoring, and development of finance staff.
