Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Lead - Finance at its Londonderry, NH location. This role partners with site operations, planning, and leadership to align financial objectives with business strategy and operational execution.

You will analyze and report on cost, revenue, bids, KPIs and working capital, providing insights to support daily decisions and long-term planning. Travel quarterly to Londonderry/Tempe may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of finance experience or 7+ with graduate degree, or 13+ years if no degree.
• Strong Excel and database analytics skills with BI dashboard experience.
• Comfort working across planning, operations, supply chain and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations to align financial targets with business strategy.
• Develop and manage forecasts for operating plans and budgets.
• Perform scenario analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Identify risks/opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs such as backlog, revenue, cash, GM/OI, and orders.
• Present financial summaries to site leadership and GM.
