Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Finance at its Londonderry, NH location. The role focuses on analyzing and reporting financial performance of the site, partnering with Program Management and cross-functional teams to drive objectives and improve financial processes.

The successful candidate will manage EACs, monitor costs, and perform variance analyses, while supporting forecasting, compliance, and leadership communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years is acceptable.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of prior related experience in Finance is required.
• MBA or graduate degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects, service orders, and production work orders in ERP systems.
• Prepare and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs) with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor program costs and analyze labor, material, subcontract, and ODC performance.
• Perform variance analysis for sales, profit, cash, and EAC drivers and communicate insights to leadership.
• Review labor and material charges and coordinate cost transfers or corrections.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and close activities.
• Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve financial issues.
• Support internal financial compliance and customer financial reporting as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, and financial processes.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
