Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership with critical analysis and recommendations based off data-based analytics.
• Tracking and analyzing site indirect budgets as well as indirect rate forecasting (Overhead, G&A).
• Cost management and KPI tracking for all operations/manufacturing metrics.
• Inventory forecasting.
• Frequent presentation on business performance to the IVS Leadership Team.
• Identify and lead process improvement plans and initiatives.
• Assisting with Annual Operating Plan and Joint Strategic Plan.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Travel occasionally required (10%).
