Job summary

Johnsonville is seeking a Training & Onboarding Lead to create an outstanding onboarding experience for new Members at our Holton facility. You will plan and facilitate onboarding sessions, ensure essential safety and process knowledge, and coordinate with coaches and leaders to build strong trainer relationships.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, collaboration, and maintaining Johnsonville's culture of continuous learning across shifts and teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years food manufacturing or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of training platforms (e.g., Redzone).

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming onboarding environment and great member experience.
• Plan and facilitate new member onboarding and training in various settings.
• Ensure members gain fundamental knowledge to work on the floor.
• Collaborate to draft standard work instructions for processes.
• Track training progress and report to Learning & Development Coordinator.
• Own the 'Great First Day' program at the facility.
• Support Reliability Excellence training and Education Pillar activities.
