Gilead Sciences Inc. is offering an Intern - CFO - IT (Employee Experience) position.

You will work on high-impact projects to advance the company’s mission and gain real-world experience at an innovative biopharma leader. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, leadership presentations, and community activities during a 10–12 week hybrid internship, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program in a U.S. college or university
• Must maintain full‑time enrollment in Fall semester following the internship
• Minimum GPA 2.8 at time of application and hire (transcripts requested)
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must commit to a full‑time internship lasting 10–12 weeks between May and August
• Internships are hybrid; fully remote roles are not offered

Responsibilities

• Assist design and implementation of Employee Experience solutions using Copilot, Power Apps & Automate, Azure AI
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather technical requirements
• Develop and enhance solutions for modern technology in Employee Experience
• Analyze data to extract insights on chatbot usage and accuracy
• Present final work in a PPT near internship conclusion
