Job summary

Wells Enterprises (a Ferrero Company) is seeking an IT Finance Leader to plan, direct, analyze, design, develop, maintain, improve, and implement business processes and corresponding software for the Finance department. The role includes supervising all team members, with at least one direct report, and aligning with Finance and IT Leadership.

You will lead all team projects, translate organizational needs into documented requirements, and ensure high-quality, compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• 7–10 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of project management and application system design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct team projects, prioritize by organizational needs and resources.
• Translate business needs into well-scoped requirements and schedule projects.
• Document application systems and procedures for testing and handoff to testing team.
• Provide ongoing information, support, and training for internal customers and team members.
• Test and debug application systems to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with vendors for installation, upgrades and support in Finance areas.
