Job summary
Kraft Heinz is seeking a Group Lead, IT - Finance Capabilities to lead Enterprise Performance Management initiatives within Global Controllership. You will partner with finance and technology leaders to modernize consolidation, external reporting, close, and controls processes, implementing SAP Group Reporting as the replacement for Oracle HFM.
You will guide roadmap development, drive scale across the finance technology stack, and lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable business
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems, IT, or Finance Transformation.
- Strong track record in large-scale EPM implementations and enterprise technology transformations.
- Experience leading technology teams in a DevOps or product delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and investments.
- Shape the roadmap for Enterprise Performance Management capabilities.
- Oversee SAP Group Reporting and Oracle HFM implementations and upgrades.
- Translate business requirements into integrated tech solutions delivering measurable value.
- Lead platform lifecycle activities and mentor a high-performing team.
