Responsibilities

• Handle financial functions in the acquisition process (proposals) and program execution (programs).
• Set up, validate and generate complex invoices for various customers.
• Ensure invoices are processed promptly per contract terms.
• Provide daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
• Perform invoice and accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Support internal/external audits and participate in process improvements.
