Qualifications

• Anticipated graduation date between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Currently an undergraduate student, ideally majoring in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Track record of academic excellence and campus activities.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting is a plus but not required.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Novice to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Initiative and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to research solutions and be a problem solver.
• Looking to complete a 10-week summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute the due diligence process.
• Collaborate with deal teams.
• Design, build and update integrated financial models in Excel and other tools.
• Develop and provide investment recommendations and memos.
• Understand industry research, trends and drivers.
• Conduct market research for investment opportunities.
• Interface with portfolio companies, management teams, and partners.
• Fund-level management and reporting.
• Support deal teams with structuring, underwriting and closing equity and debt investments across industries.
