Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Finance & Operations Staff to bridge transactional finance operations and plant production. You will focus on accuracy, inventory control, BOM maintenance, and ERP data integrity.

You’ll work with accounting and production teams to resolve discrepancies, support cost analysis, and drive process improvements across the manufacturing side of the business. This role is on-site in Millbury, OH, offering collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, supply chain, business administration, or related field is required.
• 2–4 years in a plant manufacturing environment focusing on accounts payable, inventory, cost accounting, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Hyperion HFM or QAD) and procurement databases (Concur or Coupa) is preferred.
• Solid understanding of inventories, BOM configurations, and advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, credit notes, and employee T&E claims accurately and securely.
• Maintain inventory data, BOMs, and cost records; input daily manufacturing data into ERP.
• Audit daily logs for discrepancies and ensure plant-floor data accuracy for reporting.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and preparing variance reports for leadership.
