Watts Internship Program offers hands-on FP&A experience at a fast-paced manufacturing site in Fort Worth, TX. You will work with finance and accounting teams on real projects and have opportunities to network across departments.

Qualifications

• Current student (sophomore, junior or senior).
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of basic finance principles.
• Passionate about your work with meaningful impact.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect.
• Strong accountability and ability to follow through.
• Understanding of applicable laws, codes, policies and safety practices.
• Must establish employment eligibility and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A modeling tools and reports for financial analysis and business decisions.
• Contribute to AR/AP project focused on improving process efficiency.
• Support audit and reconciliation activities for key reserves and accruals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review processes and analyze data for reporting improvements.
• Take on additional projects as assigned by Plant Controller Manager or management.
• Align actions with Watts' values of Integrity, Accountability, CI, and Transparency.
