Job summary

Kroll is seeking motivated individuals to join its Transaction Opinions practice in New York. You will work with senior management and clients across all phases of advisory, performing financial modeling and rigorous analysis to support fairness and solvency opinions.

You will also research companies and markets, contribute to proposals, and deliver high-quality client work while developing your skills alongside senior professionals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or Management with related concentration.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior management and engage clients, boards, and stakeholders across all phases of advisory.
• Support financial modeling and analytics for deal teams.
• Present models and analyses to support opinions during reviews.
• Conduct company, industry, market, and competitor research.
• Contribute to proposals and client communications.
• Ensure quality deliverables with strong attention to detail.
