Job summary

Kroll's Transaction Opinions team offers hands-on experience in independent fairness, solvency and debt opinions for boards and private equity. You will assist with financial modeling, research, and client communications under senior guidance in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates are pursuing finance-related degrees with strong analytical and writing skills, GPA 3.2+, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior management and clients through all phases of transaction advisory.
• Support financial modeling and analytics for transaction opinions.
• Present models and analyses to senior professionals during reviews.
• Conduct company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence.
• Contribute to developing proposals and client communications.
