Job summary

Join Kroll's Global Expert Services Team and gain hands-on experience in Valuations consulting. This internship offers interaction with CFOs, CAOs and Tax Directors, world-class training, relocation assistance when applicable, and strong career progression within a leading risk and financial advisory firm.

Interns will participate in valuation analyses, develop financial models, gather data from clients, and contribute to proposals and publications while gaining insight into the valuation

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Engineering (with related coursework) or MBA.
• Must be graduating December 2026 through July 2028.
• Major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Strong Excel & Microsoft Word skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analysis on public and private entities across industries using standard approaches.
• Design and work with financial models for DCF, market multiples, market transactions and option pricing analyses.
• Independently gather data through client interaction and site visits.
• Assist in preparing and presenting results of analyses clearly and concisely.
• Contribute to development of proposals, presentations and publications for clients.
• Conduct in-depth client, industry, market and competitor research.
