Colgate-Palmolive is offering a Finance Intern position in the Morristown, Tennessee plant. The role supports the Plant Controller and Finance Team on cost analysis, budgeting, and financial health of supply operations within a global supply chain environment.

The internship provides hands-on experience with real projects in accounts payable, month-end close, costing, budgeting, and intercompany processes, with exposure to senior leadership and corporate finance perspectives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with Finance or Accounting focus preferred.
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting and computer systems.
• Some prior, relevant work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account Payable: manage GR/IR, PO monitoring and aging reviews.
• Month End: assist reconciliations, accruals, reclasses, and reporting.
• Costing: perform real-time costing requests for strategic decisions.
• Budget Management: maintain budget, MLE, and SLE files in planning tools.
• Year End: support intercompany requests and resolve PO issues.
• Key Plant Performance Indicators: monitor AML and SLOB, prepare task force materials.
