Job summary

SCOR Group in New York offers a finance internship focused on reinsurance processes, accounting, and regulatory reporting. You will complete closing tasks, organize files, run reports, and present data-driven recommendations to the Finance team.

During this hybrid program, you will gain technical, analytical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities, with relocation within the U.S. provided if necessary.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business- or data-related field.
• Strong academic performance and experience with multiple projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned closing tasks on a timely basis.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive files to support audits.
• Adhere to timelines in local closing calendars.
• Run reports to support daily Landing during US Statutory quarter close.
• Review quarterly variance analysis.
• Investigate anomalies in local results.
• Prepare analytical reports and support regulatory reporting teams.
• Present data-driven recommendations to the Finance team.
