Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a full-time 10-week Internship in El Paso, TX, supporting the MedTech Supply Chain finance team. The program develops leadership and finance skills through rotations, training and coaching. Dual U.S.

and Mexican citizenship is required, with base pay of $26–$29 per hour and federal eligibility considerations. Participants will engage in budgeting, financial consolidation, and business partnering while gaining exposure to internal and external resources.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited college/university pursuing an undergrad or fifth-year master’s in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics or business.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.
• Intermediate ability to learn and apply AI tools to evolving business needs.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Dual U.S. and Mexican citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget support and participate in capital budgeting and financial consolidation.
• Perform financial analysis and ad-hoc projects.
• Analyze financial questions, solve problems, and actively partner with business units.
• Develop innovative methods to improve job metrics and processes.
