Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Sales Intern to join our commercial organization for the Summer Internship Program. The Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP) provides hands-on exposure to the sales environment within our Vision/MedTech business, including field shadowing and cross-functional projects.

The internship offers mentorship, exposure to commercial strategy, and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student entering junior or senior year.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, healthcare, or MedTech.
• Ability to shadow field-based sales roles.
• Willingness to shadow field-based sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Shadow field-based Territory Account Managers to observe customer interactions, selling strategies, and territory management.
• Lead a commercial project with sales and leadership to support field sales planning.
• Gain mentorship and participate in learning experiences that support commercial strategy and leadership.
