Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a 30-month Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) in El Paso, TX / Juarez, MX, with a first rotation in El Paso and a second rotation in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. The program develops leadership and technical finance skills through hands-on rotations, formal training, and coaching.

Participants gain experience across MedTech, Innovative Medicine, and Corporate segments, with the CMA/CPA encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or fifth-year master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related business field earned between December 2026 and June 2027.
• GPA 3.0+ and examples of leadership experience.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, Word) is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs.
• Dual United States & Mexican citizenship is required.
• Willing to temporarily relocate within the United States for a rotation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 30-month FLDP with two rotations across finance and accounting areas.
• Develop leadership and technical finance skills through rotations, formal training, and coaching.
• Relocate between El Paso/Juarez and New Jersey/Pennsylvania locations as part of rotations.
• Exposure to areas such as FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, General Accounting, and Treasury.
