Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Finance Intern to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY for the Buffalo Bills season. You will assist with accounts payable, data entry, and documentation in a fast-paced stadium environment.

The role requires current college enrollment or recent graduation, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays during event days. Compensation starts at $18/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current student enrolled in accredited college/university or recent graduate within 6 months.
• Pursuing or completed coursework in Finance, Operations, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed.
• Manage Data Entry and Record Keeping processes.
• Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).

THE ROLE

We are looking for Finance Intern to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY. This position will last for the entirety of the Buffalo Bills Season. Essential Functions

• Ensuring imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed.
• Manage Data Entry and Record Keeping processes
• Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.
• Maintaina pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation

Competitive salary starting at $18/hour commensuratewith experience.
