Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Finance intern to support the enterprise’s financial operations and gain hands-on experience. You will assist with budget preparation, generate financial reports, reconcile ledgers, and process transactions.

Key responsibilities include monthly/quarterly financial statements, AP/AR processing, budgeting support, and assisting with audits. The role requires pursuing a finance-related degree and strong Excel skills, with ERP familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) or accounting software (QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and track KPIs.
• Process invoices, match purchase orders, and record daily cash receipts.
• Help the financial team run data reports to ensure budget allocations align with company goals.
• Assist staff with month-end closes and pull data for audits.
