Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a standard requirement; familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) or QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and track KPIs.
• Process invoices, match purchase orders, and record daily cash receipts.
• Help the financial team run data reports to ensure budget allocations align with company goals.
• Assist staff with month-end closes and pull data for internal and external audits.
