Job summary

H&CO seeks a motivated Finance Intern to support our internal Finance team and gain exposure to day-to-day financial operations within a global professional services firm. You will assist with basic financial reporting and data preparation, help with data entry and reconciliations, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with strong attention to detail and good written and verbal

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Financial Support: Assist with basic financial reporting and data preparation under the guidance of the Finance team.
• Accounting Assistance: Help with routine accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and organizing financial records.
• Budget Support: Assist in tracking expenses and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Operational Assistance: Support the Finance team with administrative and operational tasks to help ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
• Process Support: Help document finance processes and identify simple opportunities to improve organization and efficiency.
• Team Projects: Participate in team projects and special assignments as needed.
