You will lead the finance team, partner with FP&A, Tax and Treasury, and drive strategic improvements across reporting and systems.

The role emphasizes storytelling with financial data, influencing senior management and developing staff within the Enterprise Finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA a plus; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10-12 years accounting experience.
• Thought leader with strategic thinking capabilities in planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate period end financial and management reporting and tell the story with compelling packaging.
• Lead robust FP&A planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee strategy for financial systems, tools and processes for planning and reporting.
• Manage enterprise financial planning and reporting team with five professionals.
• Provide coaching and development to staff and cross-functional teams.
