Job summary

Republic Airways in Carmel, Indiana is offering a paid internship in the Human Resources group with direct exposure to the aviation industry. The program provides mentorship, department shadowing, and professional development workshops to help you contribute meaningfully to your team.

You will support FP&A tasks in budgeting, analyze monthly spend categories, and collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyses and forecasts monthly results amongst spend categories.
• Supports the FP&A budgeting process.
• Collaborates with teams within Finance and Accounting.
• Attends weekly FP&A and monthly departmental meetings.
• Presents project results to the team and stakeholders.
• Implements business processes to support cost saving initiatives.
