Job summary

Republic Airways internship in the Finance/Accounting department is designed to provide hands-on experience through mentorship, department shadowing, and professional development workshops. Interns will gain direct exposure to the aviation industry, with opportunities to work on real projects and present results to the team.

Eligible candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and must be able to work onsite at the Carmel headquarters in Indiana

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present results to teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with journal entries and month-end close processes.
• Prepare and reconcile various general ledger accounts.
• Attend monthly finance meetings and collaborate with accounting teams.
• Support projects and present findings to team members as needed.
