Arthrex, Inc. invites a motivated Finance intern to join the FP&A team in Naples, FL. You will support reporting, analytics and business optimization initiatives, analyzing sales performance data and developing dashboards to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

The internship runs May 2027 – August 2027, requiring 40 hours per week at the Naples, FL facility. Suitable candidates are pursuing a Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree and have interest in cross-functional

Qualifications

• Progress toward a college degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Interest in FP&A, reporting and business analytics.
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI for dashboards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support review and analysis of business contracts for data accuracy.
• Validate customer pricing structures and reconcile contract terms in systems.
• Collaborate with U.S. Product Finance on dashboards and reporting projects.
• Work with International Finance on data and pricing reporting.
• Assist in year-end planning, budgeting data collection and reporting.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects.
