Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• 4 years of experience in a professional environment.
• Prior executive assistant or department coordinator experience is required.
• Medical‑sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic administrative partner to Finance leadership by coordinating priorities and supporting execution.
• Coordinate departmental initiatives, track progress, and identify risks and follow‑ups.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and meeting materials to support decision‑making.
• Lead or support cross‑functional projects and improve processes.
