Qualifications

• Full-time student status in a 4-year business program.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Detail oriented, dependable and able to work in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with teams and customers.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a broad understanding of the financial services org and Trane customers and sales offices.
• Make small and large dollar collection calls on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Complete assigned auditing tasks.
• Reconcile customer accounts using customer payments and account maintenance requests.
• Email invoice copies and account summaries to customers.
• Develop basic knowledge of risk assessment and receivable quality in the construction industry.
• Interact with internal and external customers.
• Create, develop and implement processes to ensure department efficiency.
• Completion of legal documents.
• Provide training for new interns and new hires.
• Develop and present on department best practices.
• Apply customer payments timely.
