Qualifications

• Must be in close proximity to Richmond, VA
• Must be a rising senior pursuing a degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related field
• Demonstrated experience with an analytical coding language (R or Python preferred)
• Relevant coursework in Data Science, Statistics/Machine Learning, or Econometrics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• SQL or Power BI exposure a plus
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist FP&A Finance team with dashboard development to enhance analyses and decision making
• Review FP&A dashboards to implement uniform visualization standards
• Learn Snowflake data environment to overhaul and enhance Power BI dashboards
• Support ad‑hoc analysis in Excel, Power BI, and R/Python
• Explore AI tools to improve team workflows and analytics capabilities
• Present technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
