Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking motivated Finance Interns for a 10-week summer program in Seattle, WA. You’ll work as a student and valued team member, delivering a strategic project and contributing to real finance work from day one.

Interim pay is $33.00 per hour, with a pay range of $29.00–$46.25 per hour. Sponsorship is not available. Completion may lead to full-time opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• College student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a focus in Finance (preferred)
• Anticipated graduation date Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and AI
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to create reports, run queries, and create pivot tables

Responsibilities

• Get an up-close, behind-the-scenes view of the retail fashion industry
• Develop and deliver a strategic project with milestones and deadlines to present to leadership
• Contribute to daily finance team work and learn how the business runs
• Build variance analysis and insight reporting to support the financial cycle
• Use data and analytics to uncover insights for business decisions
• Analyze and improve finance processes with real-world solutions
• Explore how AI, data and automation can transform work processes
• Collaborate with experienced finance team members
