Qualifications

• Enrolled college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a focus in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• Anticipated graduation date Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and AI.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to create reports, run queries, and create pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Get an up-close, behind-the-scenes view of the retail fashion industry.
• Develop and deliver a strategic project with milestones, deliverables and deadlines for leadership presentation.
• Contribute to daily work, helping the team run and learn how the business operates.
• Build variance analysis and insight reporting that support the financial cycle.
• Use data and analytics to uncover insights informing business decisions.
• Analyze and improve finance processes to solve real business challenges.
• Explore how AI, data and automation can transform work processes.
• Collaborate with and learn from experienced finance team members.
